Comments :  thank you again for all that you all did for our dog. We know that Dr.Steinebach and his staff had gone out of there way to save him. Your hard work and the love you gave him in the last months of his life will never be forgotten. He was a very strong dog and one that every one who knew him got to love. He will be missed by our family forever. But now we know that he is resting in peace and his his spirit, energy and essence still roam around the house. We loved him dearly and did everything we could. Thank you again. Dr. Steinebach you have a team of staff who work from there heart. You are very lucky to have a great crew. We know that our beloved dog had longer with us because of the extra mile you went with his care and that he was given every chance available. Thank you so much.

I appreciate that you recognized how difficult it was and how sensitive you were with Lady. I also know that these situations are never easy for you or your staff. Comments :  Thanks so much for the good care you gave to my dog Tippy. While I was so worried about him, your staff put my mind at ease. Thanks for letting me visit during his stay; I know it helped me more than it helped him. When he finally was allowed to come home I was even more worried that I would be able to take good care of him. Again you and your staff put my mind at ease (and thanks for the good written sheet of info...it really helped). Sorry for all the annoying phone calls. He is now completely back to normal. So thanks again for everything!

Comments :  My Family and I would like to thank you for the care and gratitude that you've shown during a very sad and difficult time in our life. Alf was very special to us and will always be. Thank you for coming to our home and giving us the opportunity to say goodbye to Alf in a most dignified way. I'm sure that Alf probably thinks of you as the number one Vet in all of Chilliwack for not allowing him to suffer; and so do we! Our heartfelt thanks....
