Our #1 priority is to ensure that you fully understand the process of diagnosis and treatment. To this end we will endeavour to provide you with informational handouts individualized for your pets condition. This will serve to re-inforce what we have discussed with you during your visit. Our staff will endeavour to ensure that you understand any "homecare" instructions including how to administer medications. Even after all of this, we will endeavour to followup your visit with a phone call to ensure that treatment is going as expected. When you call our office with a concern, we will endeavour to No Descriptionreturn your call in a timely fashion. When test results are returned to us, we will always call you to discuss these findings right away.
